Our tartes are ideal for your festive moments, your aperitifs, cocktails, brunches, banquets, Spanish inns, picnics... They bring originality and conviviality to your table.

Know-how and classy products

Les Tartes Provençales are the result of several skills; miller, market gardener, fisherman, breeder and cook. My know-how is associated with that of my producers. Their manual richness combines with their natural work, respectful of the environment and people, which aims to produce the best.

Experience

After having officiated for several years in prestigious restaurants such as Alain Ducasse and Paul Bocuse, my tasty affection for generous cuisine without artifice, healthy and local made me want to share my culinary taste through savory tartes, using only natural, quality products.

It is with pleasure and passion that I cook and deliver gourmet pies every day.
